Bajaj Auto has launched the updated version of its popular performance bike, the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z, in the Indian market. This new edition is aimed at thrill-seekers who want a blend of power, style, and smart technology—all packed into an aggressive-looking machine.
Powerful Engine with Better Gearbox
The Pulsar NS400Z is equipped with a 373cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that now produces 43 bhp of power. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox, the bike promises smooth gear transitions and impressive top-end performance—perfect for both city rides and highway cruising.
Modern Features and Advanced Display
This latest Pulsar variant comes with a TFT digital instrument cluster that displays key information like speed, gear position, fuel level, and trip data. Bajaj has also added Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone pairing, along with reverse parking sensors for added safety. The LED headlamps and tail lights provide better visibility and a modern aesthetic.
Improved Tyres and Ride Comfort
To enhance the riding experience, Bajaj has upgraded the tyres—adding a 150-section steel radial tyre at the rear and a radial unit at the front. This setup offers better grip, stability, and a more comfortable ride on Indian roads.
Fuel Efficiency and Pricing
Despite being a performance bike, the NS400Z delivers a mileage of around 30–35 kmpl, making it fuel-efficient for a 400cc engine. It is priced at ₹1.92 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in four eye-catching colors—Ashley Blue, Dresden Blue, Cattleya Orchid, and Greener Pastures.
